a romantic sanctuary in the city

easy access charming cafes cute staff smooth checkout

the location allowed easy access to various attractions, a morning walk led to charming cafes. i found varvara at check-in especially cute. the helpful staff quickly arranged taxis and provided directions. kristian assisted smoothly during my checkout, ensuring i had no issues.

the parking area proved quite narrow making it a bit challenging to maneuver our vehicle into the designated spot.

the team was notably helpful, providing prompt assistance with various requests i had. each staff member greeted everyone with a warm smile. communication was clear and timely, resolving queries efficiently and enhancing the overall experience . the interactions were always professional.

Acceptable, But With Some Issues

poor cleanliness broken door

The location proved convenient, close to public transportation , made getting around relatively easy.

The cleanliness left much to be desired. I found hairs in the shower and also on the supposedly fresh towels, a rather unpleasant discovery. The entrance door seemed to be broken too. Contacting support after hours proved impossible as no one ever picked up the phone. Not ideal when you cannot get into the building (at night).

comfortable studio flat helpful staff good location shower corner entrance door high price

the studio flat was comfortable. i really liked that the staff helped with everything. also, it was easy to hop on a tram and get to the city center. i found nice cafes to.

the shower corner had many hairs. i see that it need a deep cleaning. also, the entrance door need fix. i called the partnership hotel for help but nobody answers the phone. it was a bit pricey for what it is.

i enjoyed my stay. the location proved convenient with easy access to public transportation. The room had complimentary coffee and tea. There was also a functional kitchenette that included a microwave and refrigerator. Check-in was smooth and efficient.

the view from my room overlooked a parking garage, which wasn't ideal.

The suite featured contemporary decor with modern furnishings, and i like it. It included a separate living area and a spacious bedroom. The bathroom has premium toiletries and fresh towels, it was nice.

The staff offered helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants, and their assistance with directions was much APPRAISED. They responded quickly to my inquiries and facilitated a smooth baggage storage service after checkout.

i found the studio flat very spacious and clean! the location was excellent with convenient access to trams that went directly to the city centre! a great selection of cafes and restaurants were nearby for easy dining options.
